1 cup Al Imtiyaz evaporated milk
2 cups Al Imtiyaz flour
1 pack baking powder
100 g margarine
Salt
4 eggs
Vanilla
1 cup Al Imtiyaz sugar
ΒΌ cup Al Imtiyaz cooking oil
1 tablespoon ghee

Instructions
- Put the evaporated milk in a pot and boil it on a medium heat.
- Put the flour in a dish and add the baking powder and salt to it and stir well until all the ingredients are mixed well.
- Put the eggs in the blender and add the vanilla, sugar, oil and margarine, then whisk well until the sugar dissolves and all ingredients are homogeneous.
- Add the eggs mixture to the boiling milk, taking into account to add the ingredients gradually while whisking.
- In a baking mold, put a piece of butter and distribute it well, then pour the mixture and enter the oven at 150 degrees for an hour, and then test it with a wooden stick.
- After the cake is fully baked, remove it from the oven and leave it to cool.
