Instructions
- Boil the penne pasta.
- Heat the butter and onions and stir them well, then add garlic and mushrooms, lower the heat, and stir the mixture from time to time.
- When the mushrooms are cooked, add the flour and stir well to mix the ingredients.
- Gradually add milk with continuous stirring, add a pinch of salt, pepper and cheese, and mix well.
- Wash the pasta well and add it to the mixture and mix gently.
- Serve the mixture hot in a plate and decorate as desired.
