Spaghetti in Red Sauce

Ingredients
1 Pack Al Imtiyaz spaghetti
1/2 kg tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, finely diced
1 medium-sized onion, cut into small cubes
2 tablespoons Al Imtiyaz tomato paste
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 teaspoons Al Imtiyaz cooking oil
Instructions
  • Put enough water in a large saucepan over medium heat, wait for it to boil, then add two teaspoons of cooking oil and one teaspoon of salt.
  • Add a pack of spaghetti and simmer for about ten minutes, stirring from time to time, until pasta is completely cooked.
  • Drain the pasta after it is cooked then wash it well with cold water.
  • To prepare the tomato sauce: Bring the electric blender, put half a kilogram of tomatoes in it, and mix it well until you have a smooth and soft mixture.
  • Put two teaspoons of vegetable oil in a large frying pan and add two cloves of finely chopped garlic and one medium-sized onion cut into small cubes.
  • Put the pan on a medium heat and continue to stir from time to time until the onions turn golden.
  • Pour the tomato juice over the other ingredients, add two tablespoons of the tomato sauce, and continue to stir well until the ingredients have softened and you have a thick mixture.
  • Add the pasta to the previous ingredients, then lower the heat.
